Mrs. Deshpande is a web series that started premiering on 19^th December 2025 on Hotstar.

Three people are strangled to death by nylon ropes. Each dead person was positioned in front of the mirror, with their eyes open with the help of synthetic glue. IPS officer, Arun Khatri, remembers a similar serial murder case that happened before 25 years. Seema Deshpande, aka Zeenat, was jailed in Hyderabad for this case. Suspecting the pattern, Arun visits Seema, who is in prison. She denies her involvement in this case. Seema suggests that someone has copied the pattern and executed it. Later, a person was arrested in this case. Tejas is assigned in this case. What happened next? Is Seema lying?
